Our story began with three friends — a banker, a lawyer, and an engineer — united by curiosity and a shared respect for the ancient olive tree. What started as a simple exploration soon became a deeper pursuit of knowledge, craftsmanship, and authenticity in olive oil production. At the MALAMA estate in Paramali, Cyprus, Koroneiki olives are carefully cultivated and harvested early to preserve their natural vitality. Through meticulous care, cold extraction, and respect for nature, every bottle captures the essence of the Mediterranean — pure, vibrant, and rich in beneficial polyphenols.
